Terms of Service for TikTok Integration

Purpose

Lumina Quartz provides this internal web application to manage and upload original branded short-form videos to our authorized TikTok business account.

Authorized Use

Only authorized Lumina Quartz operators may use this tool. Operators must connect the correct TikTok account, review each video, and upload only approved content.

Account Authorization

Operators must authorize TikTok access only for accounts they are permitted to manage. Lumina Quartz uses Login Kit only to confirm the connected profile and maintain the authorized session.

TikTok Draft Uploads

The application uploads videos to TikTok Drafts using the TikTok Content Posting API. Uploaded content is not automatically posted publicly by this application. The account owner must complete final review and posting in the TikTok app.

Content Responsibility

Operators are responsible for ensuring uploaded videos comply with TikTok policies, copyright rules, advertising requirements, and Lumina Quartz brand standards.

Access, Suspension, and Revocation

Lumina Quartz may restrict or disable access to this internal tool at any time. Operators may revoke TikTok authorization through TikTok account settings or by contacting Lumina Quartz.

No Automated Public Posting

This application does not publish videos publicly without the account owner's final action in TikTok. Draft upload is used so the owner can review, edit, and decide whether to post.

Changes

Lumina Quartz may update these terms as the TikTok integration evolves. Continued use of the tool means the operator accepts the current terms.
