Privacy Policy for TikTok Integration

Overview

Lumina Quartz uses this web application to manage original branded short-form videos for our own TikTok business account. The integration uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API.

TikTok Data We Access

With the user's authorization, the app uses user.info.basic to read basic profile information such as Open ID, avatar, and display name. This is used only to confirm which TikTok account is connected.

The app uses video.upload to upload an approved MP4 video to the connected TikTok account as a draft. The account owner completes final edits and posting inside TikTok.

How We Use Data

We use TikTok profile data only inside this operator tool for account confirmation, authorization status, and audit logs. We use upload permissions only to send a selected brand-approved video to TikTok Drafts.

Sharing and Sale of Data

We do not sell TikTok user data. We do not share TikTok user data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Storage and Retention

Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely on our server for the purpose of maintaining the connection. Operational logs may record non-sensitive status information for troubleshooting. Tokens can be revoked by disconnecting the TikTok account or by contacting us.
